We get takeaway from here. We always order the chicken, chips and the delicious chilli peas - very nice. Quick and friendly service.
I love this Nando's! I used to live in New Malden and come more often. Staff is very friendly and keep everything as tidy as possible, I love their pastel de nata, sweet potato wedges and halloumi wrap. Lovely uplifting background music. The managers are great and food is served fast.
I had an amazing experience at Nando’s in New Malden, and it was all thanks to Jamie, who provided 10-star service from the moment we walked in. From checking on us regularly to bringing complementary condiments, Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. After a delicious meal, we packed up our leftovers but, in the bliss of being absolutely full, completely forgot to take them with us. Realizing this just as we were leaving, I rushed back in hopes that the food hadn’t been thrown away. Unfortunately, it had, but Jamie didn’t even hesitate. Without missing a beat, he stepped in and sorted out fresh, piping hot wings for us to take away—completely on the house! Jamie’s kindness and quick thinking turned what could have been a disappointing end to the evening into another reminder of the amazing service at this branch. It’s rare to see such genuine care and attentiveness, and I truly hope Jamie gets the recognition he deserves for his outstanding hospitality. All was delicious just need to cook the chicken slightly longer the skin is too soft needs to crisp up slightly more. Other than that we enjoyed it very much

After ordering online due to COVID for a few years now...it was a nice welcome by this branch and actually enjoyed the real experience of dining once again... Amazing manager and staff... Taking good care of us. Even made sure the toilets were clean when we needed to go. Clean restaurant as always and yummmy and hot piping food... All up to standards and what is expected by regulars who know what food they like and already know what's great on the menu and why we keep coming back...
I've been to this Nandos a few times now and the Manager Raleigh (I hope I spelt it correctly, if not I'm sorry) has always been kind, accommodating and friendly. I always leave the place with a smile on my face. The customer service is 10/10! I've had a really long day today and he helped to make it better. Thank you
Love it here. Great value for money. Staff are great. Food is even better. Don’t ever feel rushed which is nice. Free refills on soft drinks. Kid friendly although a very limited kids menu (could do with nuggets or something along those lines) reward system as well for regular visitors. No parking particularly close you would have to park further down the high street and walk.
